The creators of box office hits Arthur Christmas, Chicken Run, Wallace & Gromit and TV show Creature Comforts (for which we developed a promotional alliance with Epson in 2005, see below left) are back.
Bristol-based animation studio Aardman are up to some stop-motion, plasticine-bending, genre-twisting tricks by bringing to life both pirates and scientists in their latest theatrical family release, The Pirates In An Adventure With Scientists.
The title suggests that, should the film be a success, the studio may roll out The Pirates as a franchise that takes us on new adventures with feature-length sequels or shorts.
To support The Pirates' theatrical release in the UK, together with distributors Sony, Aardman have teamed up with Feel Good Drinks to run an on-pack promotion. A lucky winner will have the chance to be a pirate captain and there are also 300 t shirts up for grabs.
There's also fun stuff to do on the Feel Good website, where kids can engage with The Pirates film assets and content to make their own pirate badges, play games and even find pirate treasure.
